Restored and reimagined as a small, private hotel, 2004-2007, The Woodbridge welcomes a maximum 18 guests. It was described by a guest as “less and hotel, and more like being given the keys to a friend’s country mansion”.
The Woodbridge operated in the grand style as Tasmania’s first and only member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World 2007-18. But as traveller preferences changed, so too has The Woodbridge adapted to meet these preferences.
